Our team at Incredible Bulk Storage are on hand to answer any questions about the type of storage space required. We realise that choosing the right storage unit can be quite a confusing process which is why we have a unit size guide located on the quote page. Our storage solutions are priced on each specific requirement which can be found using our storage calculator. The size of locker or unit, the term and the discount chosen all affect the price. We do pride ourselves on being the most affordable Self-Storage Bradford has available. The price we quote includes the storage unit and unlimited access to it within our normal opening hours. On top of this, you’ll need a padlock to secure your unit, which you can purchase from us, plus insurance for your items. You can either get this through your home insurance company, or we can provide cover at an additional cost. We do not accept third party insurance cover.

We strongly recommend that you reserve your unit in advance to make sure we have a unit of the right capacity available at the time you need it. Making a reservation also guarantees the quote we give you for up to 5 working days. Of course, you’re very welcome to call in without a reservation but we can’t guarantee to have what you need.

In order to ensure a unit is available exactly when you need it, it’s best to reserve it either in person or over the phone. We will take your details and a £20 refundable deposit.

You must bring the following with you, during office hours, so we can open your storage account. We have to complete this before you can have access to the building or your storage unit:
All customers

  • Photo ID e.g. a driver’s licence or passport.
  • Proof of address e.g. utility bill, bank statement.
  • An insurance certificate (if you are providing your own cover).
  • A padlock.
  • A method of payment to cover one month’s deposit and one month’s rent in advance. We accept cheque, debit/credit card or bank transfer.
  • A credit or debit card to set up your on-going payments.

Business customers
  • Confirmation on company letterhead that proves you have authority to sign the agreement on behalf of the business.

You can store your items for a minimum of 14 days and there is no maximum time. You must give 14 days’ notice when you want to vacate your unit.

Self-storage is a good solution when you need to free up space at home or in the office. The self-storage facility allows customers to rent their own space to store items and belongings in. The storage lockers, units and shelving are available for both long and short term leasing and ideal for domestic and commercial customers. Incredible Bulk Self-storage Bradford is available seven days a week. Security is high thanks to our self-storage facility having surveillance cameras in strategic locations. Another advantage is flexibility. When you need larger or smaller storage space, you just contact the self-storage company and you will usually get help right away. Yes, you can NOT store the following items:

  • Any illegal substances, illicit (smuggled/counterfeit) tobacco or illicit alcohol.
  • Any other illegal items or goods illegally obtained, such as counterfeit goods.
  • Combustible, flammable or explosive materials/liquids, eg gas, petrol, paint, cleaning solvents, oil, fireworks, firearms or ammunition.
  • Toxic waste, asbestos, tyres.
  • Food or perishable goods unless they are protected from and do not attract vermin.
  • High value items requiring specialist storage e.g. jewellery, money, bullion etc.

Yes, you cannot store your items without contents insurance. You can either use an existing policy which covers goods whilst in storage (you must bring confirmation from your insurance provider), or we can provide suitable cover for your items whilst they are in storage.

Our opening hours are 9am to 6pm Monday through Friday. 10am to 5pm on Saturdays and 11am to 4pm on Sundays. If you need access to your unit outside of these hours, that can be arranged for a small fee. For our holiday opening hours, please check the contact us page.
